- Parking for 2 vehicles are provided.
- Full payment is required before arrival.
- No refunds are made for early departures.
- Pets are not allowed under any circumstances.
- The accommodation in non-smoking.
- The following cancellation charges apply:
- 25% of above-mentioned Rate if cancelled more than 21 days prior to check-in date.
- 50% of above-mentioned Rate if cancelled 7-21 days prior to check-in date.
- 100% of above-mentioned Rate if cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in date.
- The accommodation and facilities are used at the guest’s/occupant’s own risk. Centerville shall not be liable for loss, damages or injury suffered by guests/occupants in the unit.
